Found to the north west of the city's main attractions, this functional apartment makes for a solid Milanese base. What it lacks in characterful decor, it makes up for in dependability, with the bright double bedroom, living room and dining area all in order. The kitchen is also pleasantly spacious, though the same can't be said for the bathroom. Close to Chinatown, this home's location is not as central as other options in the Italian fashion capital, but you won't be far from the action – indeed, a half hour scenic walk though Parco Sempione will bring you within five minutes of the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and Teatro alla Scalla.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a travel cot for free. You'll need to request this in advance.
*The interior decoration is a little sparse, so it's not the most soulful or charming space.
