Located just a ten-minute walk from Viale Monte Nero and Piazza Cinque Giornate and fifteen minutes from Porta Romana Metro Station, this studio apartment puts you close to the action. While you may have to hop on the metro to explore further afield, you'll still be near many of the city's attractions, including shops and restaurants. Storage space is lacking and the kitchenette is small – however, we like the views of the internal courtyard and the selection of teas and coffees is a nice touch. Although it's far from being the fanciest in our collection, it provides a fuss-free base to explore the sights of Milan.
Home truths: *There's an internal door here leading to the apartment next door. It will be locked at all times during your stay, but you may be able to hear your neighbours. *This apartment is on the first floor without a lift. Guests will have to climb stairs to reach the entrance. *Parking in Milan can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to public transport when possible. *This home was designed for rentals, so it's not the most soulful or charming space. *You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites rather than large meals.
