Big windows, white walls and wooden furniture characterise Hispaniola’s style. It has quite a lot of stuff, most of it quite rustic – there’s a fair amount of wicker and carved wood. The kitchen does feel a bit out of place, though it’s perfectly well equipped. The rest of the flat just has a coherent theme and the blue walls don’t really fit that. You do, however, get access to the communal pool and gym – the former is particularly fancy (though better suited to relaxing than to swimming lengths.
Home truths: *You'll have to share the pool and the gym with other people in the building
*There is a parking space but you'll have to pay extra for it
*When we measured the wi-fi, it was only 6Mbps
*There were building works outside when we visited
