There's not one, but two terraces at this Lake Como apartment, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to soak up the stunning mountain vistas. This home also doubles up on living rooms, so larger groups of family or friends can easily find a private spot to chill – but you'll want to meet on the terrace for dinners in the evening. If you're travelling with little ones, the shared pool is certainly a bonus, while adults might prefer a dip in the hot tub. With the centre of Menaggio just a twenty-minute walk away, you can always swap a pool day for a lakeside lunch and a boat trip.

*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's parking available on the premises.
*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool and hot tub here, which are shared with the building's other residents and guests. Please note these are not heated, and are closed during the winter months.
*Your host asks you to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.
*You'll need to climb a steep hill back to this home from the centre of Menaggio.
