The house, the property, and above all, the view are unique. The furnishings are simple but very well-maintained, and we found the house very clean. It's still chilly in April, so the heating was running, and after 11 nights, we were charged a whopping 44 cubic meters of gas – without a meter reading. However, you have to be aware: you're not renting an entire house, just an apartment. The landlord lives in the basement, which is very noisy. The man is very nice and accommodating.

Very good view from the terrace, roof of the terrace was covered in cobwebs, the beds are uncomfortable and bone hard, microwave very dirty and unusable, oven not available, on the day of departure the tourist tax was deducted when the deposit was returned

Reality exceeded expectations. The place is very chic, the view from the terrace is beautiful, quiet. There is a parking space for one car, although the entrance is difficult, there is not enough space. The owner is friendly, speaks only Italian. The apartment lacks many kitchen utensils, filters for the coffee machine were not found in the store, old model. Problems with charcoal for grilling, found only in a neighboring place.

House was not really clean. Gas stove dirty and paper with stains and food remains in the drawers. Perfect view, beds not so comfortable and unfortunately it is not possible to communicate with the owner, because he only speaks Italian. A nice man indeed. WiFi was very bad.

The house, the terrace, the meadow, the view, everything was great! However, the interior is very sparse. We didn't have very good weather and had to spend meals and some evenings inside, it wasn't comfortable. The sofa bed, which is in a dark corner, is worn and old. The bed/mattress was way too hard for us. Noisy, the landlord lives below. The kitchen is very sparsely furnished. Nice house for nice weather!

Very good location between mountains and the lake. Very friendly owner. Absolute privacy, but also contact with neighbors easily possible. A village shop with a bar 200m above where you can pre-order baked goods. No WiFi in the house, but can also be an advantage ;-). Hiking trail in the mountains can be reached quickly, the road to the lake is a bit too far to walk, ok by bike, but steep (approx. 160m difference in altitude over a length of 1.5 km). Free parking at the train station, then 250 m walk to the lake.
