A beautifully located property, perfect for families with small children. Luino is a place whose focus isn't solely on tourism, but also offers pure Italian life. A very pleasant and well-organized holiday park with a wonderfully spacious apartment with (in our case) two large balconies. The pool is excellent. Cycling to and from the town center is quite difficult. That was our only drawback.

The accommodation is impeccable and well equipped with 2 very pleasant terraces but not very usable because of the noise. Indeed the neighbor's dogs bark almost constantly (day and night) and the accommodation is located very close to this neighbor. It is really unpleasant. In addition, if possible, avoid the passage of green space workers from 7:30 a.m. Otherwise, a very beautiful region and a very pleasant swimming pool.

It was a beautiful and large apartment with a nice pool! And nice view! Only a few negatives: we have had a lot of nuisance from the barking of the dogs of the neighbor who lives there! The apartment is too far from the center, and especially because it is very high, it is quite a lot of climbing back!

Everything very clean, nice rental. You definitely need a car as it is a bit off the lake. The only negative are the neighbor's four annoying shepherd dogs, which are very badly behaved and just bark too much
