The location was good, in the summer it was brilliant, but in the autumn it was very cold. The heating didn't work properly and so didn't have any hot water. You had to pick up the key from a long way away and when you handed it in someone came by. The kitchen is tiny, there's barely enough room for one person. It does have an oven and dishwasher, but cooking is difficult.

Very nice apartment on 2 floors with a terrace at the back and a balcony with a view of the lake. Washing machine and dishwasher are showing their age. 2 parking spaces. Nice and reserved neighbors. Luino is a dream and from there you can take boats to everywhere. The area is very winding. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants. Tip: Park in Monza and then take the Regio (hourly) to Milan Central Station. Tip: Market in Luino on Wednesdays -> Park in Carrefour

The most beautiful thing about the apartment is the view! The garden may be used and is situated on a steep slope; also nice view. Far away from tourism, locals live left and right, that's very nice. You also live like locals yourself, which means that for German giants the mirror ends at the larynx... . Remember that when it says bring bedding, that means bringing the inlay as well, as there are only bedspreads to put on the beds.
