The apartment boasts a bright and spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and large sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes an eat-in island, perfect for preparing meals. There is also a bedroom designed for younger guests, complete with a TV and game console, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people. The apartment offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and bathtub, and another double bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a shower.

Guests will have exclusive access to a large garden where they can play, enjoy meals, cook on the barbecue, or simply relax and soak up the sun. The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the magnificent ski slopes of the Ponte di Legno-Passo del Tonale area. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests' convenience.

Pets are allowed, with the first pet staying free of charge and an additional fee of €15 for the second pet. City tax of €1 per person per night is applicable starting from 1 night up to a maximum of 10 nights.
