The resort is very well maintained and child-friendly. The apartment is small, but functional. A vacuum cleaner would be useful, on the next visit we will bring a small hand-held vacuum cleaner. Playground is a great meeting place for the kids. Nice staff and nice barbecue area to share. We'd love to come back! Had a great last minute price.

Appropriate accommodation with a beautiful location on the lake and a spacious sunbathing area. Some of the cottages very close to the busy road. Interior a bit outdated. Although there is a children's pool, the large pool is frequented by many children with balls and rubber animals

Don't expect 4 star hotels! Otherwise we can agree with the positive reviews here. At the reception friendly, helpful and German speaking staff. Quiet, beautifully landscaped facility. The view of the lake that is said to be possible from every row house was only possible from the one outermost corner of the terrace.

The whole area is very well maintained and very spacious with lots of space and beautiful lawns. The bread service works great. The staff at the reception speaks very good German and is very helpful. The location right on the lake is perfect. You can walk along the lake to Desenzano and to Moniga/Manerba. Several pizzerias and an ice cream parlor are just around the corner.

It is a very nice complex with clean apartments and very helpful reception staff. Supermarkets ... easily accessible by car in 5-10 minutes by car in the neighboring towns. Port of Padenghe right next to the complex from there ferry to Sirimone 2 times a day. Parking space directly near the apartment, secured by a barrier and the gate to the beach can only be passed with a key from 6 p.m. We had a very nice stay.

Very nice facility. class with children. The location right on the lake is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and tidy! The pool is great. Accommodation facilities are good; in the kitchen could be a bit more. Unfortunately, there isn't much choice of restaurants or similar within walking distance. The beach promenade is bordered on the left and right by small ports, which you can't get past.

Very nice facility for families and couples. Unfortunately, you have to have a car, there are only three restaurants within walking distance, which are always very busy. So without a reservation hardly a chance. So not for night owls and partygoers. We wanted peace and something relaxed, ideal for that.

We had a wonderful holiday right on Lake Garda. The complex is very nicely laid out and we felt very comfortable there. We also liked the rolls/bread service which worked very well. The only drawback is the poor WiFi coverage in the complex. One day we didn't have any. Since the cell phone network connection wasn't great either and we wanted to listen to music via cell phone, we didn't think it was that great.

Everything super clean, tidy and great. The apartment is of a good standard and the rest of the storage is well maintained. Nice staff, great lounger service and a fantastic location right on the lake. We book (if nothing comes up) next year again!

Very beautiful, well-maintained holiday complex in the bay of Padenghe sul Garda. Very friendly and courteous service on site by the two administrators! Conveniently located for trips to Desenzano, Salo and Peschiera. Highly recommended, especially with children, as there are 2 pools, a playground and a table tennis table on site. There is enough space on the lawn. The only drawback is the WiFi. This only works to a limited extent.

Run down bungalows and amenities, supermarket is a shame, everything looks very very deserted. Pool is a children's paddling pool only. No swimming possibility for adults. You can't swim in the sea, since the lagoon (shallow and full of jellyfish and crabs, algae) evening program only for children and super annoying. Animators without a good mood. Only restaurant pizza ok, but annoying children's music for hours in the evening. Beach with shower and small bar was ok.

The pool was already very "fresh" at the beginning of October; a tarpaulin at night could help. The house was very clean and is functional; The kitchen is very simply equipped (2 hotplates - no oven; no dishwasher). The breakfast roll service is great. Staff nice and attentive. Very dense development - no problem with quiet neighbors... The Uferweg borders directly on the complex; well developed to Moniga del Garda and highly recommended for long car-free walks along the lake (the shipyard on the way tolerates crossing walkers).

Cooking on two plates without an oven and with mismatched pots and pans requires flexibility, but otherwise the accommodation is highly recommended, the location on the lake is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and apartment overall very well maintained

The facility is really beautiful. Air-conditioned houses, pool with lifeguard, the lake directly behind the pool and really great mattresses. Pizzeria also for takeaway pizza 100m away. We were definitely satisfied.

Use bread service. At 8.10 a.m. the rolls ordered the day before are on the patio table. Very quiet and well-kept complex.
