Villa Penita is well suited as a home base for many businesses. With three or four people, the space won't run out either, but I don't want to imagine staying with five people. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated. What really bothers me is the clairaudience and the proximity to the neighboring system. It's like camping, only you hear every noise from the neighbors even more intensely.
