Great location right on the water. 2nd floor! Key to the house entrance is stuck and difficult to open. Restaurants and shops available. Free parking a little further away but doable. Ferry landing right on site. TV remote control didn't work. Unfortunately only Italian channels available. Lamp in the hallway flickered.
