Martina Apartment 2

Positive point: •well located, we are quiet, on the edge of the lake, 2/3 restaurants around, a grocery store at the bottom of the building. The rest, the apartment is dusty, stained sheets, a wobbly dining table and chairs, an existing microwave but which must be moved because there is no plug where it is placed. The sofa bed was like concrete. The Italian coffee maker too small. Parking space difficult to find. And the courtyard which looks more like a dump than a terrace.
