Simple and practical furnishings: upper floor: (exterior staircase) living/sleeping room with 1 sleeping facility and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. 1 open room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, electric coffee machine).

The location is excellent, right next to the lake and the promenade to the town. An ideal place for fans of water sports.

Landlady could not be reached at first. Covered parking space was occupied by the homeowner's boat. Various dried-up, dead animals on window sills and shelves, foreign hair from head and body in all rooms, dirty coffee machine, plates, all adapter plugs, and also toilet dirty from the previous tenant, WLAN fails completely after 1 meter distance after the door, no TV, no radio, all windows in the direction of the street, youth club around the house during the day and until after 12:00 a.m. every day..
