Holiday Rental Description

What a great location this apartment has. It's just a short walk from the shores of Lake Como and the Saint Mary Assunta Cathedral. Naturally, with such a central location, you'll probably hear a little bit of street noise here, but that's to be expected. There's a small balcony to enjoy a glass of Prosecco, and while the outside space is compact, inside, it's anything but. This home also has some lovely character features, such as beams and exposed stone walls. This home is a great pad for a small family, a couple or friends.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*While the single bedroom isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*There are only two seats around the small table on the balcony, but if you're a group of three, there are enough seats at the dining table.
*The host can provide a baby cot and a high chair, at an extra cost.
*Given the home's spot in a tourist area, you may hear some noise.
