The views of Lake Como from this home’s balcony are incredible – they more than make up for the 130-step climb up the stairs to reach it. You can enjoy the vistas of the lake, the city’s rooftops, and the surrounding mountains from the open-plan living area too. Another bonus of this place is the private and free parking in the garage. Not that a car is essential here – there’s a bus stop next to the home. Or, a short walk downhill will take you to the lakeside and the funicular station, as well as cafes and restaurants.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs (130 steps) to reach the entrance of the home.
*Unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for children, though babies may be accepted and there's a cot available upon request.
*There's only seating for two on the balcony.
*There's private and free parking in the garage here.
