Located in the city centre and with private parking – very rare in these parts – this apartment is in the perfect spot for exploring Como. The city’s compact size means all must-sees can be reached by foot, so pack your walking shoes and make sure you put the Gothic cathedral, funicular railway, and lakeside promenade on your itinerary. The home itself is a practical space with an open-plan living area beneath unique 15th-century ceilings, a small kitchenette, and a Jacuzzi bathtub. While a third guest can be accommodated on a sofa bed, we think this place is best suited to a couple or solo traveller.

*The host can provide a baby cot and a high chair, at an extra cost.
*At full capacity one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. As the only bathroom is ensuite and accessed via the bedroom, you won't have much privacy
*Given the limited parking spaces in the center of Como, there is an included parking space available in the condominium courtyard, based on availability.
