Good service, beautiful modern house with a huge, well-fenced garden. Lovely picnic table for sitting and eating. It's a shame there are no screens on the windows and there are lots of mosquitoes. Really enjoying sitting outside is only possible with a light breeze. The bed in the small room has been converted into a bunk bed, much more practical. The house is next to the campsite, but we didn't experience any inconvenience. With six adults, there might be a shortage of seating, as the sofa in the living area is uncomfortable.

The location of the house in the second row by the water is very good. Beaches and restaurants are right around the corner. It is very busy at weekends and the street in front is very busy. The property is spacious and offers plenty of space to play. The only drawback is that there is no direct access to the garden, so you always have to go out the front door and walk around the house. Overall, however, it is definitely recommended, especially for families with dog(s).

The holiday home was very nice, modern and brightly furnished. The large, completely fenced-in property was a dream for our two fox terriers. In just a few minutes by car you were in the center of Colico and on the main and expressway, so that the area around Lake Como could be easily explored. It would be perfect if the manager on site spoke a little English or German, as some things were explained in Italian. Anyway, the four of us will definitely be back!

The holiday home is nice and moderately furnished. Cleanliness is taken care of and, as far as I know, it was renovated in 2012. The garden is spacious and well-kept. The full, high fence allows large dogs to run free all day. Opposite is a campsite with long-term tenants, which is also not disturbing. You can go shopping in Collico Conath, 3.5 km away, or in Iperal 7 days a week. Excursions to the cities by ship top
