The apartment is very clean and has a beautiful balcony view. Parking is a bit of a drawback here. You have to be lucky to find free parking. If not, you'll find a parking space 100 or 200 meters away, which you have to pay for until certain times. I even picked up the car later in the evening when there was a space available. Everything was nice and clean. The kitchen and appliances are small, but they're manageable. There are also nice restaurants nearby and delicious ice cream. The price is very good! Recommended.
