The cleanliness of the kitchen and terrace leaves much to be desired. There's no external shading, so the apartment gets very warm. There are also no fly screens. The surrounding area is very noisy. The factory diagonally opposite makes noise from its exhaust system on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., making it impossible to stay on the terrace.
