POSITIVE: o the apartment is very nice, kitchen and bathrooms are modern o There are 3 bathrooms in total o Mattresses are very good and new o Landlady is nice and helpful, speaks 5 languages o Dog is very affectionate NEGATIVE: o Kitchen utensils for cooking (wooden spoon, etc.) are not there - not even salt/pepper o No deck chairs for the garden o Annoying neighbor who ONLY speaks Italian, sometimes looks after the landlady's dog when she goes to work and asks curious questions!

A warm welcome from the owner and a great tour of the house. Everything was explained, with great tips for eating, hiking, biking. The rooms are very spacious, cozy and clean. Everything is available in the kitchen. A beautiful terrace/balcony, overlooking the lake and mountains. Great location.

Upper floor was not cleaned .... A room on the upper floor was used as a lumber room and not as a bedroom like in the advertising photo. TV was only available from the 5th day. Accommodation should urgently be reassessed and qualified on site by Interchalet.
