This studio apartment puts Lake Como on your doorstep. You can wake up to the sound of the water, then pad out to the small patio to enjoy coffee with a view. In terms of size, it's not the largest home, but it is stylish. There's a small kitchenette – not the best for large meals but well-suited to snacks – as well as a comfortable bed and a couple of armchairs. You'll be based in the small town of Carate Urio, where cobblestone streets lead to scenic trails and local amenities. Como, Bellagio, and Menaggio are also within driving distance when you're keen to explore.
