The cottage is located 20 min from Imperia, high and somewhat remote on the mountain. The cottage was nicely renovated in the local style with authentic furniture, the kitchen equipment was quite basic. The swimming pool was nice, filled with reasonably fresh spring water. L., the host, was very correct and very friendly, the cottage was very clean. Two clear negatives: the house is very humid and the mattresses bad.

Positives: It is a very beautiful landscape. There is good to very good food. The buildings could be improved, however. Negatives: The pool was not cleaned but was heavily chlorinated. The slats on our son's bed fell out so we put the mattress on the floor. Unfortunately, our and our son's bedding also had bed bugs and fleas. We were completely bitten. The water from the tap was just enough to brush our teeth. No parasols, hardly any parking spaces.
