* There are 25 steps leading up to the front door here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. There is also a steep path leading down to the seafront.
* At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the third bedroom.
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair. You'll need to request them in advance.
* The twin beds in the second bedroom can be joined together to make a double – let your host know before arrival if you'd prefer that configuration.
* Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and living room.
* There’s free parking for one car in the residential complex's car park. Further free parking is available on Via Aurelia, 100 meters away.
