-The driveway to the house is very steep and narrow. Only one car fits on it. Oncoming traffic means driving the whole way backwards. No turning possible. - Parking: Only off-road vehicles or similar can park at the house, as the parking lot is steep and leads off at a right angle from the already narrow road. Otherwise no parking options nearby (at least 500m away) - Power and heating failed several times - no help from the service center, just legal. Nitpicking
