+ Beautiful holiday home with sea view, friendly landlords, secure parking/garage, air conditioning in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 600m (10min walk) to the public beach (dogs allowed too), cycle path to Imperia/San Remo directly below, LIDL 1.5km away (5min by bike) - Furniture and kitchen equipment very old-fashioned, silicone seals in the shower could be replaced, mattresses very soft. We were there with 5 people and 2 dogs - it was no problem in the 2 bedrooms.

Very clean, very nice and friendly landlords. The key handover always goes smoothly. Uncomplicated and nice. Always happy to come back :)

We really enjoyed our accommodation in this holiday home. Everything was very well maintained, the garden was super nice. Unfortunately we couldn't make much use of the outside area because of the cool temperatures. There is a very nice view of the harbor and the sea from the terrace.

A narrow, steep driveway leads to a spacious house near S. Stefano al Mare. Everything is very well maintained and the outdoor areas are beautifully designed. The dog can run freely in the fenced area. The landlords are very friendly. The noise from the main road didn't bother us, even though we are used to it being very quiet. Everything (shopping, food, beach) is easy to get to by car/bike and on foot. The only drawback (for the kids) was the sometimes unstable WiFi connection.

The house is beautifully furnished and offers a very nice view of the sea. We felt very comfortable. The landlord is a very nice and helpful man. The house is highly recommended!

The location of the house is impeccable and allows not to use the car. The nearest beach is reached in 7 minutes on foot. The house is spacious, bright, well equipped and suitable for children and pets. The charming owners are on hand to offer support but never invade the spaces. Without a doubt, we will try to repeat the holidays in this cozy place that has allowed us to enjoy holidays with the family and with dogs.
