A super pleasant stay, a very welcoming hostess, a great sea view, and a clean apartment. More modern than in the pictures, although it's located on the street and there are a few steps up to the entrance. Otherwise, everything was excellent and highly recommended! A bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, and supermarket are within walking distance. It's best to get to the center by car rather than on foot due to traffic and the lack of a sidewalk. We had a dog with us; the landlady also has a small one. Two separate properties.

The apartment is cozy, clean, and well-maintained. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. The view from the balcony is wonderful! We hope to visit again soon.

Essential kitchen utensils are provided, and the refrigerator with freezer compartment worked perfectly. Although temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius during the day, the rooms were pleasant in the evenings and at night, so we didn't miss the lack of air conditioning. The highlights were the terrace with its unique view of the city and sea, as well as our hosts. They were always approachable and extremely accommodating! The only drawback is that the stairs make access very difficult for those with walking difficulties.

Very nice hostess and family. Caring. The house was clean, and we found everything we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher. We are very satisfied and grateful.

My boyfriend and I stayed at M.'s vacation apartment for a week. It was fantastic! The apartment is located above the sea, with a fantastic view of the sea and Sanremo, and a pleasant breeze blows in the evenings. M. is a wonderful host, very welcoming! The vacation apartment is great, clean, and has everything you need. We will definitely come back!

Everything is great from the new apartment with all the services available Ina terrace with a wonderful view. Mrs. M. very kind friendly flexible. She lives upstairs so if you need something she is immediately present. But at the same time not intrusive. The house is 10 minutes by car from Sanremo..if you want there is a bus that takes you to Sanremo. Convenient for visiting. It is too relaxing from the terrace to see the sea and the coast. The house is very close to the motorway exit

The apartment was larger than expected, very clean, and fully equipped. M. was available via WhatsApp at any time. However, you have complete privacy in the apartment thanks to a separate entrance and private terrace. We would book it again anytime.

The hostess is really very nice and accommodating. She asked several times if everything was OK and also gave good tips about shopping and sightseeing.

This holiday apartment has everything you need. The landlady makes every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would gladly come back anytime.

Very nice home ! The owners are friendly and very discreet. The apartment is clean, functional with a magnificent view of the sea! I recommend! Just a little hard to find... The number is on a wall to your left as you enter the alley
