You get what you pay for. The apartment is cheap, so you shouldn't have high expectations of comfort and cleanliness. The kitchen equipment is adequate but sometimes unappetizing, upholstered furniture is unkempt, other furniture is a wild mix of styles and more or less worn, beds are OK. If you just want to stay overnight and mainly be out and about during the day, this is the place for you.
