Outdated villa in a very nice location Contacting the landlord about arrival 3 days before without a reaction Contacting on the day of arrival about handing over the keys: no reaction Apartment not yet cleaned on arrival (cobwebs and dust in the corners). Various defects in the house could be remedied with the help of neighboring tenants (reset satellite system / dishwasher). One day without hot water, almost 2 days without heating, landlord does not communicate

The holiday home is exactly as shown in the photos. Lots of space and fantastic sea views. The only downside is the maintenance outside, it could use a lick of paint again. For the rest, excellent accommodation and ditto owner. A place to go back to soon.
