The furnishings are functional, but outdated. The pool is cleaned daily. Contact with the agency is only possible via WhatsApp; the colleague who handled the formalities on site spoke neither English nor German. Apartments on the ground floor are not recommended, as the general garbage situation in the garden and around the pool keeps causing rats to appear, which is completely unacceptable.
