Casa Nives (IMP169)

A very nice holiday apartment with a sea view from the balcony, in the middle of the city with lots of green and private gardens in the area. The villa in the typical architectural style with many beautiful details faces south and we liked it very much. Nothing was missing, the furnishings were well-kept and of high quality. The landlord was very nice and helpful. You need a bit of patience to find a parking space near the house. A wonderful week! We'd love to come back! Grazie!

The condition of the property is as described, friendly and helpful owners, the equipment of the apartment, as for us, is sufficient (kitchen accessories, fridge, washing machine). The only definite inconvenience is the lack of air conditioning and at the same time the lack of mosquito nets on the windows. At such high temperatures it is difficult to function, especially with closed windows and it was impossible to open them, for example, at night, because a lot of mosquitoes and other insects came in and the children were very bitten. A lot of stairs - so not for the elderly.

Nice appartem., simple but equipped with everything you need, even hair dryer and washing machine. The bathroom is a bit old, but everything was clean! The property manager... gave us a warm welcome and was always available via WhatsApp if we had a question. The area is quiet in the evening/night, unfortunately sometimes interrupted by rattling Vespas (especially on weekends). Bakeries and 2 small supermarkets within walking distance. We felt comfortable, thank you very much!

We really felt like we were at home, clean, well organized, nearby beaches, bars, super markets, shops .. Everything. but the best thing was the kindness of the owners of the house ... I recommend if you should make a stay in Imperia .. Book on this accommodation .... Excellent
