Despite their relatively young age, the property and accommodation show clear signs of wear and tear. The poor cleanliness of the accommodation also seriously tarnishes the good first impression. In this price range (1 week, €2,000), one would expect a bit more cleanliness. If the owners can get this under control, one can expect a spacious and family-friendly accommodation with a large terrace and a great pool for young and old. The immediate surroundings are rather desolate.

We'll be back in 2023 and now in 2025, and we'll be going back again. The apartment, size, and layout are very good. The underground parking garage is also worth mentioning. The pool is very good, but could use a bit more maintenance! What wasn't so great was the on-site service and the apartment cleaning. There were cobwebs in every room, the air conditioners were musty. The kettle was moldy, there was still trash from previous guests, the drain was clogged, the safe didn't work until the third day, and the light in the hallway was broken, which was ignored!

Positive: relatively new and close to the Basko supermarket. Negative: rip-off. 1 old, frayed parasol breaks in a gust of wind and the €x00 deposit is simply kept. Then the usual drama: my boss is unavailable, I have to pay if you don't pay, .... No problem beforehand, we sort it out, etc. But then we are ready to leave with 2 small children and then the money stays in dear R's pocket. 2: 4 adults were charged - 3 air conditioning does not turn off

The holiday apartment was very good. There was nothing to complain about in the entire complex. Only the immediate surroundings and the side streets are very unkempt, dilapidated and without sidewalks. Walking our dog was very unpleasant...

There is still room for improvement in the details. Cleanliness, facilities, service and information. There is still room for improvement! But otherwise top notch - especially A. - he really tried hard and was reliable!
