"Villa tra Ulivi", 4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Very simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony.

I rented the house for 15 days in August 2025. The house itself is very good and has been recently renovated but the finishing touches are not yet complete. The hole above the sofa was blocked with paper which let hailstones through because we had a violent storm. The stony path is sloping and narrow, if you don't have a 4x4 type car, please refrain. The worst thing is that we didn't have running water for a week and a half!! Heatwave at 40, no shower, no laundry, no dishes possible. The fridge doesn't work.
