Il Rifugio (BCM110) Boscomare, Liguria

A gorgeous little house with a great garden. There are many lovely details to be found. There are many useful appliances in the kitchen that we didn't expect. In general, the whole thing makes a valuable impression. It always took a while for the hot water to come out of the tap, but that wasn't a problem. Please note that there is no internet. The location is secluded, good for those seeking relaxation, with a nice view from the pool over the hills.

On arrival the pool pump made a huge noise, luckily there was an off button. The description of the house does not correspond to reality unfortunately. The south facing terrace is a small balcony with no tables and chairs, the east facing balcony has broken plastic chairs. The large terrace with the pool faces north and gets almost no sun, so the pool is very cold. There are only 2 sunbeds instead of 4. There is no restaurant 400m away. In short we felt misled

very neat accommodation! Top holiday home, anytime again.

This house is located about 20 minutes from San Lorenzo, if you like it very quiet without crowds, this is the place for you. The handover of the key went well and the supervisors were very nice. The house was clean and had everything you need. Thank you so much that we could spend a week there.

Beautiful house with all amenities. Is somewhat isolated, 20 minutes winding mountain road up (and down). Boscomare is extinct so for entertainment you have to get in a car. There is a quiet and beautiful view opposite. Unheated pool so can be a bit chilly.

The premises are ideal, the outdoor area is great, but we had some problems with the hot water, both in the kitchen and in the shower. The washing machine wasn't fully functional either. The house is difficult to reach with a large SUV, you have to have good nerves!!

A little paradise in an agricultural area with the typical sounds of v. Chickens, goats, dogs and a frog concert every evening. Everything is there, all windows and doors have working fly screens, we haven't had to use the existing air conditioning yet. Kitchen very well equipped, the house was clean, nice pool with enough seating and sunbathing areas. Check-in -out uncomplicated. In fact, you don't need to go out at all if you don't have to go shopping from time to time, which isn't possible in the town itself. This can be done in S. Lorenzo, there is also a nice family beach and a recommendable ice cream parlor (about 15 minutes' drive).
