No one was there when we arrived at the accommodation. The contact person A. was only reached via WhatsApp chat. The house was cold and we had to go around and find and start 5 different boilers. For an accommodation like this, the contact person should definitely be there, show us around the house and answer questions. Requiring that the waste be taken to a collection point is also strange since there are waste containers in the yard. The contact person has not paid back the deposit of 600 euros and has not heard back about the matter.
