The house is about an hour north of Rome and has sun all day. The house is beautiful, an agritourismo with a few bedrooms and a large gastro kitchen. Unfortunately, the state of repair is not good, which is evident in many places: broken lampshades, broken chairs, outdoor furniture with boards falling out or towel racks falling off the wall. If all of these things were repaired, we would definitely come back. No mobile network and poor internet.

Beautiful house with magnificent exterior (swimming pool, garden, sublime view) P. the owner is always present when needed and very kind. Only one negative point (but really minimal) the lack of deckchairs and cushions compared to the number of holidaymakers (we were 9) I recommend this villa for holidays with family or friends.

Beautiful and comfortable house surrounded by greenery, equipped with all services. Dream pool, the host Paolo is always kind and helpful. We spent this holiday in a little known but beautiful area of Italy! Highly recommended and suitable for all needs.

The house is very good value for money, the professional Kitchen, ex- restaurant, is excellent with more utensils than anybody will ever need. Super clean and great view. The pool was brilliant, although we only used it once. I did miss a DVD player and another sofa. And the hot water for the showers was hit and miss. ... the owner was always there to help when asked and his wine tasted great too! The location is a bit in the woods, perfect for hot summer days when you stay by the pool!

Very pretty and spacious. Nothing is missing and in any case the owner is very helpful. Each room has its own bathroom and there is one more in the common area. The kitchen is large and well equipped.

Beautiful location and incredible views across the hills of the surrounding villages. Excellent inifinity pool and nice terrace with amazing views. House itself is basic (it is a restaurant at other times of the year, has an industrial kitchen but not a normal kitchen), but comfortable and good air conditioning. We asked Paolo (owner) to arrange a local chef to cook for us at home in the evenings - food was great and XXX served us homemade wine and produce. Not ideal for small children.
