Quercia Apartment 2 San Casciano dei Bagni, Lazio

The house is beautifully located, wonderful views, peace and quiet. The apartment was well-equipped, we lacked nothing. During our stay in May, the nights were cold, but the heating worked perfectly. We had a huge terrace and a garden at our disposal. The owner provided us with home-made eggs for free. The apartment is an excellent base for exploring the border of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. The surroundings are stunning.

We really liked it here. Enough space, the 2 bathrooms were great! Great, huge loggia including shade for breakfast & dinner. Large pool with enough loungers and lots of space around it. The large double bed was very comfortable (rather a bit harder mattress), the two single beds could do with new mattresses. The kitchen could use a little more cookware and utensils. Rustic ambience but clean. Helpful and friendly owners!

Apartment exactly as in the photos and the description. Very clean when we arrived. Perfect for family with 3 grown children. The very large loggia is really a plus for taking all the meals of the day. There is always shade. 2 very practical bathrooms. Large master bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. And big fridge. The house is located on a hill. So there is almost always air, even at night. Almost no mosquitoes or wasps. This is particularly appreciable in the evening! Large tree-lined garden in front of the house, perfectly maintained, with the large swimming pool a little further on. Great for cooling off or spending the day there. XXX, the owner and his mother (who lives next door in a small house) are VERY VERY nice. And if you have a problem (this was our case with our car), they will do everything to solve it. Another BIG THANK YOU. I forgot, you can get eggs from the chicken coop and help yourself to vegetables from the vegetable patch. Very good WIFI.
