While the design of Vintage Cocoa harks back to the 1950s, everything else is thankfully somewhat newer. It’s not the biggest flat, but there’s plenty of natural light, and that makes a big difference to how easy it is to feel comfortable inside. The whole building is run as something of a cross between a set of flats and a hotel. The space allows you to be completely independent, but you also get some extra services included, such as daily bed turning, and a proper clean every other day.
Home truths: *Animals are sometimes allowed, but it's on a case-by-case basis so you'll have to ask Giovanni first
*Hardly a problem, but there's free cleaning every other day
*Nothing's provided in the way of basic ingredients
*There's no washing machine in the flat, only a communal one
*Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room
*There's a reception, but it's only open between 9am and 5pm
