Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Located in the heart of Campo Marzio, this apartment oozes elegance and class. Inside, you’ll find modern takes on classic styles from beautifully refinished parquet floors to whitewashed original ceiling beams and reimagined half tester beds. We had a particular soft spot for the brass kitchenette and copper coloured dining chairs—contemporary and bold but without compromising the home’s timeless design. From your building’s front door, you can see the Piazza di Spagna, famous for its Spanish Steps and the Flaminio Obelisk. Move-in for a closer look, it’s only a five-minute walk along the Via dei Condotti. En route, luxury retailers are a welcome distraction and you’ll be more than tempted by the huge variety of restaurants serving some of the best Italian dishes Rome has to offer.

About Spagna

Spagna is, perhaps unsurprisingly, focussed around the eponymous Piazza di Spagna. Along with the Trevi fountain, it’s one of the most visited sights in the entire city. Things weren’t always so auspicious – in the 16th century, the area was Rome’s red light district, but today it’s better known for the vine-covered romance of Via Margutta, home to Gregory Peck's impoverished journalist in Roman Holiday. This is not the place...
