There’s no doubt that Arrabbiata is minimalist, and takes the principle of less is more quite seriously. It does work though, and never feels like anything has been skimped on (a common problem when designers get minimalism wrong). What really elevates the stay, though, is the level of service you get from Richard. He and his team are particularly good with helping you plan things to do during your trip, which can be very useful given the overwhelming number of things to do and see in Rome.
