With its quaint cobblestone streets, bearing a delightful tangle of ochre-hued architecture, artisan cafes and vintage boutiques, the residential district of Monti offers a community feel and proximity to the main sights. You'll find this home tucked away in this creative part of town, just behind Oppian Hill. Here, you're within a ten-minute walk from the Colosseum, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major and the Roman Forum. Inside, it's a timeless combination of white walls, wooden floors and high ceilings. Newly renovated interiors promise a want-for-nothing stay, especially in the bathrooms – beautifully decorated and equipped with contemporary fixtures. We especially love the open-plan living area, with its cosy lounge and fully-equipped kitchen. Here, floods of sunlight stream through the large windows, creating a peaceful atmosphere primed for relaxation. Spend mornings roosted around the dining table for espressos and pastries before slipping out for a day of exploring.

This home is managed by Maria Vittoria

This home is managed directly by its owner who will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Valerio and his family have a couple of apartments that they rent out. They’re Roman, and between them know the city as well as anybody. It’s very much a family operation, so any one of Valerio, his cousin Maria and his aunt, Paola, could be on hand to check you in.
