Vatican - Residenza Argilla Rome: Historical City Center, Lazio

The location of the apartment, a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, is great! However, the apartment is in a desolate state and needs urgent renovation; e.g. because of mold in the bathroom and loose skirting boards in the hallway.

The apartment is about 30 minutes walk from the metro and under 36° is a long way. No wifi for 4 days a week and daily work morning and evening. But very warm welcome from F. and an air conditioning that works very well. Functional apartment with superb pleasant terrace and close to the Vatican.

Apartment a little noisy, due to the washing station located below the bedrooms. Far from the metro station. Nice terrace, spacious rooms.

The apartment itself is fine. Unfortunately there is no living room. This was often criticized in the reviews. The large balcony cannot be used in winter. The location near St. Peter's Basilica is also ok. The internet connection is bad. Hostess reported only one day before arrival wg. Key collection, and she didn't reply to the mail, only to SMS. The heating was switched off the day before departure.

House equipped with all comforts, furnished with "warmth", with a large terrace that the season has not allowed us to appreciate. One step away from San Pietro (20 min Max) and in an area served by vehicles and with many shops and banks.

Beautiful, spacious apartment tastefully furnished 15 min walk from the Vatican. Dream terrace.

Overall, the accommodation was fine. Although some of the decorations didn't match the photos, the beds were OK (although we're used to other blankets). The dishwasher is still unusable and the beautiful terrace does not replace the living room, because you know that by ordinary conversation, you disturb the neighbors. But everything is replaced by an excellent location due to the sights of Rome and easy access to public transport. I parked on the street, free of charge.

Only to be recommended! Great location and great apartment. Furnished with love and everything is very clean. Supermarket, café, pizzeria all right around the corner at great prices. Key handover is unproblematic! Everything great!!

Good: close to bus stops/supermarket BUT - landlady only responded to our arrival time when asked/asked well before this time where we were staying/hardly took any time - defective: 1 shutter (no daylight in the room) and dishwasher-were accepted not repaired according to the landlady's promise. - Dishes/cutlery/pots were quite dirty. Since there was usually no hot water in the kitchen and a calcified kettle was not an option, you had to get the washing-up water in the shower with a large pot.

Perfect base for visiting the Eternal City. Very pleasant and tastefully decorated accommodation. Close to shops and buses (and a very good artisanal ice cream parlor).

Very good rental. Much appreciated air conditioning Vatican within walking distance. Close and functional public transport. Easy and free car parking in the street. Too bad the unavailability of the drying rack.

If you want to visit Rome, I recommend it. Good comunication. Great location.

Nice and well located apartment.

Location of the apartment very good, large roof terrace, but no living room or lounge, which would be desirable in bad weather. Nice market right next door! A neighborhood in Rome that is not overrun with tourists. Great location for public transport, yet quiet! I was already there for the 2nd time!

The apartment was fine, most things available. Unfortunately, the cooperation with the landlady was not so great. On the 2nd day (Sunday morning) one of the front door keys broke off. We informed the landlady and asked for 2 new keys (the key we still had was already bent) From Tuesday it no longer worked either, so that one of us always had to stay in the apartment. We only got it on Tuesday evening get new key.
