Nestled in popular Prati, this home is a great choice for an authentic stay in Rome. By day, you can enjoy an espresso in one of the local cafes, browse the shops along Via Cola di Rienzo, and stroll to the Vatican. And by night, an array of alfresco wine bars, cocktail lounges and gourmet restaurants await. The home itself is full of character, with period furnishings sitting alongside modern conveniences. It’s worth noting that while the home sleeps eight, the dining table only seats four to six, and there isn’t sofa space for everyone. If that’s not a deal-breaker, we think this home would suit a family or group of friends wanting to be in the heart of the city.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The king-sized bedroom can be configured as a twin if required – you’ll need to request this in advance.
*Air conditioning is only available from May to October.
*The dining table seats four to six, so isn’t big enough to accommodate everyone when the home is at full occupancy.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
*If the home isn’t at full occupancy, unused bedrooms will be locked and unavailable for use.
*Parking in Rome can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
