If you're planning a romantic getaway to the Eternal City, then this apartment is a great place to drop your bags. Stylish and central, with easy access to all the greatest sights, you're sure to feel right at home. The apartment is located in a historic building dating back to the 19th century, but the interiors are sleek and contemporary, with a fresh colour scheme. The host is a fan of Fornasetti wallpapers, and you'll find them both in the kitchen area and the bedroom. He's also a photography enthusiast – you can admire the black and white framed prints over coffee and pastries in the breakfast corner. Termini station is just five minutes away on foot, convenient if you are arriving by train or want to use Rome's extensive public transport network. Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore is also just five minutes away, and there are several pizzerias nearby offering freshly cooked meals. And, history fans will be delighted to know that you can wander over to the Colleseum and the Roman Forum in around twenty minutes.
