Holiday Rental Description

Tucked down an ancient Roman alley with its own street entrance, this apartment feels more like a private hideaway than a city base. Sleep beneath vaulted ceilings, cook under centuries-old beams, and take your morning coffee on the small terrace before the neighbourhood stirs. The location is hard to beat – Campo de' Fiori is a four-minute walk, Piazza Navona eight minutes on foot, and the Pantheon a twelve-minute stroll. With some of Rome's grandest squares effectively on your doorstep, the hardest part is deciding where to head first.

Home truths:
* The lower-level room – where two of the sofa beds are – is a basement with no windows and relies on mechanical ventilation for air circulation. It works well for sleeping, but it's worth keeping in mind if anyone in your group prefers natural light in their room.
* At full occupancy, six guests will sleep across three sofa beds – one in the living room adjacent to the bedroom, and two in the lower-level living area. Please note that the only full bathroom here is the en-suite off the main bedroom. While guests staying on the sofa beds have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use the main bedroom’s en-suite for showering.
* Given that the kitchen and dining area are on different levels, separated by a staircase, we wouldn't recommend this home to guests with reduced mobility.
