This apartment is nestled at the heart of Rome’s vibrant Flaminio district, just a fifteen-minute walk from Piazza del Popolo. Music-lovers can reach Auditorium Parco della Musica on foot in thirteen minutes, and for sports fans, the Olympic stadium is a fifteen-minute stroll. The home may be compact, but it boasts a private garden – a rare find in the city – which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day seeing the sights. It’s worth noting that there isn’t an oven here, but with a choice of eateries on the doorstep, that shouldn’t be a problem.
Home truths: *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*While you will have exclusive use of the garden, there is a service room at the end of it which is used by the building’s staff to store cleaning supplies.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob and a microwave. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 8am.
*Your host can offer flexible check-in and check-out times. This must be arranged in advance.
*Parking in Rome can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
