This rooftop apartment on the Via del Corso is ideally located for ticking off some of Rome's most iconic sights. You're just around the corner from Piazza del Popolo and a short walk from the Spanish Steps – not to mention, the street itself is renowned for shopping. In this home, though, you'll feel a world away from the crowded streets (though the staircase to the fourth floor might feel a little too narrow for some). Three balconies offer ample space to unwind and savour views of the Eternal City, and the open-plan loft style means the space feels bigger than it is. The flavours of Rome might inspire you to do some cooking at home, but with a location this good, you'll have your pick of the city's best restaurants.
Home truths: *This is a fourth-floor loft apartment with no doors between the different living spaces. Access is via a lift to the third floor and then a narrow staircase of approximately 20 steps, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*At full occupancy, two guests would be sleeping on a sofa bed. Given this home's size, we'd recommend it for two people maximum.
*Some guests have commented on the low water pressure in the bathroom.
