Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Located on one of the oldest streets of Rome, this apartment is full of character. Inside, there are original features, plenty of quirks and a piano – making this a sweet option for music lovers. It’s worth noting some of the furnishings are a little dated, but this is a great base for couples and families with the handy addition of a sofa bed in the living area. Outside, it’s just a 700 metre stroll to Piazza San Pietro, while St. Peter's Basilica is also within easy walking distance. There is no private parking here, but paid parking is available and there are great public transport links with Roma San Pietro station just a minute away.

About Aurelio
Despite its proximity to the Vatican, Aurelio is still often overlooked by Romans and tourists alike, only mentioned as the butt of the joke. However, it has more to offer than most would believe. A bustling residential district, it has plenty of local haunts with the clientele spilling out onto the street, as well as several green squares and a Russian Orthodox church, Santa Caterina Martire. It’s worth noting that some parts can be hard to reach, even with public transport, and it becomes less prepossessing as you head further north or west.
