Located in the heart of Rome – in the Rione Monti district – this great apartment is perfect for breaks with your friends and family holidays, and your little ones will love staying in their own bunkbed room. We love this apartment even though there's no indoor living space. Start your mornings with a cappuccino and breakfast as a fresh breeze dances in from the balcony, and maybe take a moment to admire the views from here. Then, catch up on any work at the dedicated workspace or use the desk to unfold your maps and plan the day ahead. Admire the stunning Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore, a fifth-century church with a gilded ceiling, which can be reached within two minutes on foot, or take in some history at the Colosseum, which is just a fifteen-minute walk away. This home is also ideally situated to see many other staples of Rome including The Spanish Steps – reachable within a twenty-three-minute walk, the Trevi Fountain – a twenty-minute walk away, and Vatican City – which is forty-two minutes away using public transport. After a busy day of exploring Rome, why not pick up some authentic Italian pizza from one of the many restaurants and takeaways that can be reached in as little as five minutes on foot from this fantastic home?

About Monti

It's a truth universally acknowledged that in every city, there is a district just waiting to be described as expressing the spirit of the old Soho. In Rome, Monti is that place, and the connection is a fair one - although what Monti lacks in advertising agencies and mustachioed tech bros, it makes up for in creative enclaves, smoky bars and delicious places to eat. Nestled right in the heart...

Host

This home is managed by Gianluca

This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. As soon as we met him, we could tell that Gianluca was a bit of a perfectionist. He stays in contact with many of his former guests, and we were particularly touched by all their messages displayed in the apartment’s window.

This home is nominated for the Plum Guide Award.
