Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
When you’re staying in the centre of Rome, it’s pretty much impossible to wander without having to stop in awe to look at historic landmarks or beautiful architecture. And this is especially true of Spagna. As this apartment is only a six-minute walk from the Spanish Steps, eight from the Trevi Fountain, and the same distance to the Pantheon, you'll be left feeling overwhelmed in the most wonderful way. Just off the bustling Via del Corso, this home is set in a typically Roman building. Past the main entrance, an elegant courtyard welcomes you inside – as does your dedicated concierge. They’ll be on hand to help you arrange city tours, as well as airport transfers and most importantly, restaurant recommendations. But before heading off for fine dining, take a look inside the apartment. Stepping into the living space feels like entering a gallery. The owner’s antique furniture, art, and trinkets pepper the room, bringing an old-world elegance to otherwise modern surroundings. The hardwood flooring and wall colours complement each other beautifully. Muted green and mustard might sound like an odd combination, but it’s a truly charming duo. And you can survey it all from up on the mezzanine floor, with a... negroni in hand.

The site is reputed to be at the junction of three roads – tre vi – that mark the arrival point of the Acqua Vergine, an ancient aqueduct that provided water to much of the city. The fountain and its elaborate façade was a papal commission from the eighteenth century – relatively recent in...
