Basically, the property was very clean, well-kept and quiet. Unfortunately, when we arrived we had to sign a form (English only) stating that there were very valuable and expensive items in the house that would have to be paid for if damaged. (This should have been communicated online when renting the property.) The grill could not be used because it was overgrown. Unfortunately, we were also accused of damaging the pool when using it. Nevertheless, it was very relaxing.

The accommodation was very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately, you can not go by the description. The accommodation is described as "modern" but unfortunately has antique/rustic and expensive furnishings. Additional costs will be charged, which are not described. You only find out about this when you arrive on site. (Gardeners, scratched furniture and walls, etc.). Gardener was unfortunately not very rude and pushy.

The house is quite remote but very beautiful. As everywhere in Italy - Mühlabfuhr works poorly or not at all. The house itself and the pool offered a high level of comfort. We felt very comfortable here and would love to come again. The only thing we missed were thicker blankets, since the nights were a bit chilly.

Great and silent location with great facilitiea for a group or larger family. Not a party location, but a oerfect relaxation holiday home. (extra costs were 35 euro in july)

Our vacation was a dream. As soon as we drove in, we were amazed at how beautiful the house and the gardens are. The reception was extremely friendly. We were shown the whole house and someone was always available if we had any questions. The outdoor area and the pool were very nice. We also slept really well. We have never had such comfortable mattresses and pillows on holiday. The house left nothing to be desired and we recovered more than well this week. Grace mille!!!

Absolutely great house to have a relaxed vacation. The pool is brilliant, and everything is very clean. The family is hosting the guests very well! It is necessary to have a car to visit other places.

Nice house, good pool. Too bad there weren't enough decent sunbeds at the pool. Only 2 fans were available although there were 4 bedrooms. No air conditioning ... You can expect a high price tag on the final bill for gas, water and electricity. You will also be presented with the bill for all the watering of the entire domain. You would expect that to be included in the rental price, but unfortunately. Heavy downer in the end! 1 week = 185 euros!
